The staff were exceptional and made us feel like VIPS ,the personal message / greeting made us feel valued and we were able to feel at home straight away. We loved the fact that the manager Ivo mingled amongst the guests and was very approachable. The grounds of the hotel were beautiful and well kept.

The spa was under renovation - but the hotel made me aware of it, so I cannot really blame them. The hotel is situated in simply magical surroundings. It is a really old fashioned spa hotel which is a part of its charm. But it is not for people with disabilities. Also, even though my room was beautifully furnished with old furniture, it was not adapted for someone spending a lot of time in the room - no desk or comfortable chair. But I am an atypical guest for a hotel of this type, so feel free to disregard my opinion!
