Perfect spot for a relaxing stay in mombasa and Daima is the best of all she is so sweet and hospitable. Rooftop view is amazing i really recommend

I stayed at Elna's Nyali for 3 nights and honestly, I didn’t want to leave. The place is beautiful, peaceful, and exactly what I needed. The room was spotless, cozy, and had everything I needed. The staff were super friendly and helpful, you can tell they genuinely care about your comfort. The location is perfect, quiet but still close to everything in Nyali. Whether I wanted to head to the beach or grab a bite nearby, it was all within easy reach. What stood out most was the attention to detail and the warm, homely vibe. I’ve stayed in many places, but there’s just something about Elna’s that makes it special. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a calm and clean place to stay in Mombasa.

The staff were friendly and welcoming. I arrived earlier than the check in time, and they provided me a room to rest in temporarily as mine was being set up. This was a plus customer experience. Brian and George were extremely helpful.
