In a great location, down the steps onto the main road in the bottom. Up the steps to the top of Modica. Free parking was at the bottom of the alley steps leading to the property, on the road side. Would stay again. Modica is a lovely place but you are up and down lots of steps. Lots of nice restaurants. Nice clean property. Great shower, washer if you need it. Comfortable beds.

Perfect apartment with perfect location! I rented the apartment and it was fantastic! Very convenient to the center of town, super clean and such a wonderful environment with all comforts. Would highly recommend renting! Everything was great!
