Welcoming and overall cleanliness were above three stars. Comfortable room, parking available, useful basic amenities in the bathroom. Breakfast was not memorable but ok.

We tour by car and secure parking is a bonus, parking here (for a charge), was very good. Although a good walk from the city centre, there are a number of excellent restaurants nearby and the staff were happy to recommend them. The cleaners were friendly, diligent and helpful, as were all the staff. Breakfast was what you would expect and this kind of hotel.
