Great location with very friendly and helpful staff. We loved that the breakfast had a great selection of healthy options as well as some treats. The beds were very comfortable.

Clean and good Location. Good friendly helpful staff. I don’t usually take breakfast but was good value. We found it easy to find and visit centre and Enzo Ferrari museum + shuttle to Maranello. Also near train station to pop to Bologna Saturday evening.
