The location was amazing and we loved the shared deck overlooking beautiful Panagsama Beach. There are steps leading to the beach right by the property. At low tide, there's a nice little sandy area. So fun to snorkel and see the turtles and sardines! There were many stores and restaurants within walking distance. Water machine (about 200 ml / 1 peso) just across the street. Also lots of tricycles (big enough to fit our family of 5) for quick trips into town. The restaurant downstairs was great and reasonably priced for the area. We always started off the day with a Filipino breakfast for under 200 pesos. The staff were friendly and offered to bring meals up to the deck for us to enjoy with privacy. There is also a separate Korean restaurant at the back half of the downstairs dining area. We found the beds comfortable with an extra mattress available if needed. Overall, the room furnishings are simple and unassuming, and we felt very much at home during our stay.

Location - ocean front - you could spot turtles from the balcony - walk down the steps in front & swim with sardines & turtles.
