Pretty modest, but it costs its money. Very close to the sea, no stairs on the path (may be only inside the accommodation). The bus station is nearby. Hosts are welcoming and shared information about main directions. WiFi and air conditioning worked well. A couple of steps from a big hypermarket where you can buy food or something for the beach. A 10-minute walk from Sheraton Beach and Kupari. Balcony as a benefit 👍 Douch did leak. Free parking which is very spacious and convenient to park in.

location is good, close to the beach, big moll, and the same time its quiet area. but if your room in first floor, you need to go by sters, what not so comfortable. I ordered small room in first floor, and its really so small, its only bed, don't have space at all, but has terase. host chengge fot biggest in ground floors, room with kitchen, its olso small but more comfortable, and u can go outside. we travel with kid, and for her itswas good, she csn play outside. in the kitchen u can find ewerythink what u need, its good

It's a good place to stay for a week. The owner lives close, so very handy if need something. All the place around very nice and easy to reach.

While the room I was given was quite basic, it was certainly comfortable enough. The hosts were helpful and I enjoyed meeting them. They were SUPER nice to let me leave my car in secure parking lot for NO CHARGE for 3 nights, including 2 nights when I went and stayed in Dubrovnik Old Town. And they arranged for their daughter to give me ride into Dubrovnik for modest fee. Also, a very good local pizza place right next to apartment.
