Bojan “A comfortable and spacious apartment where you can live comfortably”

The apartment is located in a very quiet part of the village and in what I would say is a new building. Since the building is not new, the apartment itself is new. It is not a classic seaside apartment, but an apartment where you can live all year round. The apartment has everything you could need. The apartment has two bedrooms, a large living room with a balcony, and the living room also has a functional kitchen and dining room. I liked that the bathroom has a large and excellent water heater that is big enough for three people to take a shower in a row without waiting. The apartment has its own parking space, which is not on the street, but in the yard where the building is located. There is a supermarket and a pharmacy near the apartment. Highly recommended for anyone who wants a comfortable and spacious apartment.

Tidy, spacious, nice place. Everything is new and well-maintained. Overall clean apartment with good communication with the owner. Nice balcony to spend time on. Nice choice for 2 couples or families with 2-3 kids. Near beach Kupari, 3 minutes by car. Price was not the highest compared to others listed in that period, but it is still high.
