Such a serene spot. Although I travelled alone and by public transport, they organised for a transfer to pick me up at the station and drop me back on my departure day. I was all very easy and made for an stress-free stay.

My stay at Jodogahama Park Hotel was absolutely wonderful. Located near the beautiful Jodogahama Beach, the hotel offers breathtaking views of the Sanriku coastline and a peaceful atmosphere perfect for relaxing. The private in-room bath with an ocean view was a true highlight. Soaking in the warm water while watching the waves and coastline was incredibly calming — a perfect way to unwind after a day of sightseeing. The room was clean, comfortable, and tastefully designed with traditional Japanese touches. I really appreciated the quiet and serene environment. Dinner was served buffet-style and exceeded my expectations. There was a wide variety of dishes, including fresh local seafood, regional specialties, and both Japanese and Western options — all delicious and well-prepared. Breakfast was equally satisfying, with plenty of choices to suit any taste. The staff were kind, attentive, and made every effort to ensure a comfortable stay. Their hospitality added so much to the experience. Overall, Jodogahama Park Hotel combines stunning views, great food, and relaxing accommodations. I would definitely stay here again.
