Location excellent - free shuttle to and from ferry. Facilities spotless clean and well equipped. Dinner and breakfast very good…can recommend this! Staff exceptional !!! Was upgraded to a sea view room - thank you - this was a lovely surprise.. wonderful views ! All in all a comfortable stay - was a good experience - will stay again next time. Well done Jukeiso Team.

Everything was perfect. The room was huge and everything was super clean. We were greeted with a tea in our room at our arrival. Dinner and breakfast ware outstanding, everything was delicious and beautifully presented. The staff is amazing, super kind, attentive and very helpful! They made us feel like home. It is a complete must in Miyajima! We'll repeat for sure!

We loved the style of accommodation and the free 30 mins in the private onsen was lovely (need to book when you check in). Food was plentiful and it was lovely to see traditional food for dinner and breakfast. The check in lady was lovely and the view from the room was beautiful. The powerful air on was much appreciated as it was very hot and humid during our stay. Being on the island after most tourists leave and seeing the torii gate at sunset was spectacular. The property was super clean and whilst at dinner the room swiftly gets changed for the beds which were much more comfortable than we had anticipated. We had a great night’s sleep. The departing gift was a lovely surprise.
