Great location - just the right car drive distance from both Strasbourg and Colmar. Very quiet place, with a friendly host. The breakfast was great, mostly local produce, with a decent variety of choices. Ok for vegetarians, a tad difficult for vegans. The room was very warm, with a nice big shower.

The Hosts were very friendly, speaking German, and French, and providing many tips to see nearby villages and Colmar which was celebrating Spring. We stayed at this B&B over the Easter weekend and were pleasantly surprised with a small Easter cake at our table Easter Sunday. The breakfast buffet is plentiful including fresh orange juice, Natural apple juice, cheeses, deli meats, fruit, cereal, joguhrt, and guests may order eggs, coffee, tea as preferred. The living room has a fire place and is very cozy and comfortable to relax before heading out to dinner at 19:00 or so. The Host reserved our table in each restaurant in advance. The room we were in had a balcony overlooking the vineyards, the room size very adequate for 2 people, the shower was with excellent water pressure and temperature, the bed very comfortable. We enjoyed our weekend stay, and will book the B&B again when traveling to Barr, France & Colmar, France, or the Alsace region in France in the future.
