It was my second stay at Istana, and once again, I had a great experience. The staff were very helpful and kept the place exceptionally clean. This time, I noticed some new facilities added to the small garden, making it a peaceful spot to spend the evening. The location is very convenient—right next to the main road, making it easy to travel to the surfing beach in Weligama and the whale watching point in Mirissa.

It was very well neat and clean from the lobby it self. They are maintaining it quite nicely. The place owner is very kind and when I required any need he and his wife not hesitated to fulfill that. Thank you for all the support and care given to us during our stay. They allowed us to use the kitchen area and their cutleries as well.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location had easy access to all the main at public transport. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and convenient place to stay between Mirissa and Weligama
