The location is great, couple of steps to the coconut hill (overrated place imo). Walking distance to the beach, bars and restaurants - you don’t need tuktuk at all :) the host is very nice and helpful (even though he barely speaks English, so be aware of that). Best (and cheapest) restaurant is just on the other side of the road -CDK.

The staff was good and they did their best. Breakfast was delicious. Room was very clean. They gave extra 1 hour to check out. I would recommend for any traveler who comes to Mirissa to choose this budget property.
