The staff were very helpful and attentive to our needs, the grounds are beautiful and well kept, very very close to the beach, bed comfortable and air-conditioned room.

We stayed 6 nights here after a 2 week tour of Sri Lanka and overall enjoyed our stay. Lots to like about this accommodation, including location very close to Mirissa beach and shops. But also being set back from the main road quiet and with only 8 rooms each with nice terrace or balcony a good place to relax. The room had kettle with tea and coffee and bottled water provided. A family of monkeys would often appear adding an appealing back to nature feel, backing on to a steep wooded hill. Good sized room, comfy beds with mozzie nets it was a restful setting. The staff were friendly enough and the breakfasts we had were filling - if not the best of our trip.

Large room with a huge comfy bed. The location is excellent and the staff there were awesome. Super friendly and helpful with suggestions of what to do etc. Nice balcony area for the upstairs rooms. We also had a fridge in the room which is always beneficial.

the hotel is very closely with the beach with many cafes, ATB and turtles. comfortable and nice. I recommend this hotel
