Really nice kitchen with everything you need. The owner provided some fresh fruit, yoghurt and milk in the fridge, and also a lot of the classical little breakfast cakes. Comfortable bed. The owner also has a restaurant with really good food! I chose this village because I wanted to get away from the tourist areas for a few nights and enjoy the silence. Most people arrive by car and use the apartment as a base while traveling by car to get to sights like Tropea, but if you like hiking like I do, it is possible to take the train to Mileto station and hike for 1,5 hour to the apartment. There are a few beautiful hikes around Mileto as well, and a archeological site 30 minutes by foot. Mileto is not the traditional vacation area, but nice if you’re looking for more tranquility and less tourists. On my way back to the bigger city, the owner was nice enough to drive me by car all the way to Nicotera so I didn’t have to hike and take the train. Very sweet! Btw - two of my uploaded photos are not from Mileto, but can’t delete them now. The one with sea view is from santa domenica and the one with text is from an app…. But the rest is mileto.

Excellent location, very confortable and super clean! All amenities you might need. The best, definitely it is the People, Very nice and super professional! Couple minutes away, walking distance you can join a very good restaurant with the same name, with traditional Italian food, specially from Calabria. Family atmosphere, and the street market on Wednesdays it's amazing, if you cook will like a lot, lots of traditional local foods, directly from the producers. Very Good Experience!

I stayed in Mileto with a friend for one night. Gianni is an incredibly kind and personable host, and he made checking in and out of the apartment a simple process. The apartment we stayed in is located very centrally in Mileto and is easy to get to. We rented a car and were able to park right outside of the apartment. From there, we were able to reach many of the places we wanted to visit by foot. The apartment was equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay, and there was free water, juice, coffee, tea, and packaged snacks/breakfast options. We didn't expect so many options, so it was a nice touch. A big bonus point is that Gianni and his wife run a restaurant (also called Il Normanno), which is just a couple of minutes walking from the B&B. There are a variety of dishes to choose from, and everything we tried there was delicious! All-in-all, we had a very good experience, and I would gladly stay again in the future.
