The staff are great. They can't do enough to help you. Turkin and Robert are very kind and patient. I arrived very late, so had to call the manager to let me in. Turkin came from her home next door to open up my room. I can't manage stairs very well, so Turkin swapped my room for a downstairs one. My bed was firm but kind. Goid for my aged back. The pillows are good too. I am fussy about my pillows. The room and bathroom were very clean, and the plumbing was good.

Staff friendly and helpful. Arranged for ground level room due to my mobility problems. Linen clean and comfortable. Car park outside room. Cutlery and crockery in room was good. Heater worked well. Hot shower with good pressure. Older style room and a little dated., but everything worked ok. Was suitable for a short stay. Would stay again.
