The staff were very helpful, especially Saba and Audrey, who made our Milan trip even more enjoyable with their smiles and conversations. We were very pleased. The location in the heart of Milan was very convenient, and we could easily walk to everywhere. We will definitely come back.

Location is excellent, nearby Via Monte Napoleone and therefore close to pretty nice shops and cafes. The room was clean and bed comfortable. Saba was very helpful while giving instructions how to find the property.

It's one of the best location in Milan. A lot of shops, restaraunts are very close to hotel. Very nice design of the rooms.

We got in late at night and the hotel gave us self-check-in instructions ahead of time. They were also available on WhatsApp if needed. The room was clean, big and spacious and cozy. It's within walking distance from the Duomo, shopping, and more. We were only there for the night which felt too short and would happily come back!
