Location location and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. Also, the greeting and follow-up on a list property by Saba were tops

Friendly staff. Great location — at least for me: Saint Andrea street is quiet and cozy, with lots of high-end boutiques. The entrance to the courtyard where the hotel is located is right next to the Chanel boutique, and the hotel itself is inside, near Gianbattista Valli. My room was tastefully and uniquely decorated — I would describe this as a boutique-style hotel. The bed, pillows, and linens were all very comfortable. Daily housekeeping was thorough, with fresh towels and restocking of water and coffee (there’s a coffee machine in the room). The staff gave detailed explanations about when the gates are locked, how to use the keys, and how to access the hotel at any time.

The property was so stylish and located well. Soon as we arrived we was greeted by the most amazing staff who couldn’t do enough for us. The room itself was beautiful and so well decorated we absolutely loved our stay here and we would certainly come back.
