Check in reception was nice and friendly and gave very good suggestions where and how to walk around. Hotel is clean, room is comfortable and the best is its location, right next to Centrale Station for those who need to transport elsewhere by train.

The staff was extremely friendly. Our room was nice and clean. It was located on the third floor towards the street, but we couldn't hear anything from outside. Very comfortable beds.

The staff were lovely. And it is well located very central! Slept very well, as there was no traffic noises. Highly recommended, particularly if you have no transport and traveling solo!

I was lucky enough to meet a travel professional who specialises in European train travel. I mentioned that I was travelling through Italy with my wife and friends and we were trying to decide where to stay. They suggested a hotel group called Star Hotels, conveniently situated by train stations. This proved to be exceptional advice I was lucky to have acted on! We arrived by train to Milano, Bologna and Naples each of these stops finding Star Hotels so very conveniently located. And what an oasis of comfort, great service and with lovely rooms and great beds. In Bologna my wife broke the handle of her bag using the automatic doors and our friends had an error in the way they booked (two rooms instead of one room with two twin beds) – one individual really stood out in solving all these issues, Andre Franceschi was amazing. So, without hesitation I would recommend Star Hotels!
