We always choose to stay at this hotel - it’s our go-to place every time we visit. The location is incredibly convenient, with everything we need close by and easy access to Duomo, etc The staff are always friendly and welcoming, which makes a big difference. A special thank you to the assistant, Jeffrey - his professionalism, warm attitude, and genuine care truly make our stay extra special. It’s people like him who create such a positive atmosphere and keep us coming back. Highly recommended!

We only stayed for one night but we found it to be great value. It was clean, in a great location and the staff were terrific. We would absolutely stay there again when in Milan. The staff booked us dinner at a great recommendation of theirs and were very prompt on the concierge WhatsApp.
