Clean, new, well designed, and adequate. High quality fixtures and fittings including a Dyson hairdryer. Cannot fault the quality. The room was a little small, but didn’t affect the quality.

Everything was more than perfect! The staff was helpful and very polite. We always had available coffee, tea, water and refreshments in our room, really important during the hot days we stayed in Milan. Tram station right next to the hotel with direct access to central train station. Good job guys! Keep going! We will be back for sure 😊

the staff were exceptional. so helpful! the check in and out process is so simple and easy. loved the facilities in the rooms - the wireless speaker, the toiletries provided and the free mini bar, the coffee machine. every need was thought out.
