The breakfast was wonderful. All the staff was so kind, and nice. Gaia was very kind!! from the front desk to the door man, everyone was friendly I felt like home, really. I want to be back definitely.

Personalized concierge service that is immediately offered to every guest on arrival helped us plan our three day stay in Milan, made reservations for events and restaurants and overall made us feel welcomed in the city.
