The venue had all possible pros, but the one that came totally forward was the staff. We cannot praise them enough. Not only they provided all possible swift assistance before our arrival but also assisted throughout the stay being extremely kind and helpful. Coming back to facilities: AC worked perfectly fine, bed was super comfy, no issues with pillows or any other amenities in the room. Smeg was upgrading the vibe to another level. The full room design was jawdropping. Cosmetics/toiletrics provided were so awesome we struggled not to take them back home. Rooftop was amazing and the location breathtaking.

This hotel is truly a gem! The location is almost too good to be true—right in the heart of Milano, just steps from the Duomo. I could literally see the cathedral from my bed, which made the experience unforgettable. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making everything smooth and enjoyable. Totally worth it and would stay here again in a heartbeat!
