Everythig was okay. The place is fine for the short term stays. It's really close to metro (M3) which is really comfortable. Downstairs there is a bakery where you can buy tasty pastries.

Everything is great and Fabio helped us to many issues. Even the location seems to be a little far from center, we could arrive to city center in 20 min via M3 metro. Thanks Fabio, for everything :)
