Very convenient location. Answers to questions came quite quickly. For a short stay there is almost everything you need. Overall satisfied. We didn't see the staff.

The location is excellent, the metro is close, cafes and shops are nearby. The stay was excellent and we visited the sights on foot or by metro.

It is in a lovely location as we felt safe as two girls there, a few second walk from the metro station and shops. It is also close enough to the Duomo center. There was a restaurant right next door ‘Vintage Ristorante’ that was a 1000/10!!! Highly highly recommend; amazing pizzas, pastas and the best staff. The apartment is nice, modern and clean. There was a microwave, kettle, a small stove, cutlery in the kitchen and even a washing machine in the bathroom. Regarding how to get in and everything else about the apartment was clearly explained in an email sent on the day after 3pm. But we did not meet the host personally. The WiFi was also really fast and quality. Overall it was a lovely choice to stay and would really recommend to anyone even for solo travel.
