The A/C did not work well, my sister had to go the reception at 2 am to tell them the room is hot only to tell her they will get her a fan. And a technical will take 1 hour to arrive. However after about 15 min The A/C worked well.

The location is perfect for everything. 5 minute walk to the central station. This is also a hub for day tours so that is great. It was lovely to have a balcony as well. Food nearby was great. It’s a 30 min walk to Duomo but it’s a lovely walk. I would recommend it here.
