Everything was perfect. Staff was perfectly kind and helpful, they even gave us hotel magnets. The rooms were tidy nice and comfortable the beds very nice and the bathroom was good as well very clean everything. The breakfast was included and was very nice! As well as the price was really good , we booked the same day. The reception works 24/7 and we checked in instantly, always kind whenever we come out or come in. The garden where we ate the breakfast was nice and very quiet. Also need to mention that the staff talks perfect english in difference to other hotels and apartments. Perfect location 7 minutes to a big metro station and 2 minutes to a bus station many restaurants (good ones) situated near the place stromgly recommend the one right 200 meters to the left of the restaurant. 10/10

I really liked the hotel, it was very beautiful, great attention to detail, clean, tidy.When you come here, you are surrounded by care and attention, and it is all so friendly and sincere with a huge heart.As an artist and designer I want to draw attention to the beautiful design of the hotel. Everything is in harmony here. No, there is nothing superfluous, kitsch, but at the same time, it is magnificently beautiful.People are attentive to absolutely all guests, they come and do everything to make you feel good. You are a Princess or a businessman or just a person who has been saving up all year to see the wonderful Magic MilanHonestly, I was amazed by the kindness and honesty of these people, their care for all the guests, and their respect for us. Thank you very much. You are like family, we come to you, and we feel like we are at home here.I want to mention the wonderful restaurant. The service is great, the breakfast is beyond praise, everything is clean, neat, fresh, excellent quality.Two beauties Fabiola and Sara served me.
