Sebastiano was extremely helpful and spoke English well. He lent us an adaptor as ours did not work and gave clear directions when needed. He let us leave our luggage safely in breakfast area while we explored city till our room was ready. Breakfast was very good and varied.

Very good hotel near the amazing main train station. The city center is easy reachable by tram or foot. Classic good breakfast. Nice room, although not too big.
