The staff is super nice in answering my needs for slippers as well as plug adapter, and kindly changed my room into one with a big bed with air conditioner instead of the one I booked online as twin beds, and asked me to leave my luggage at the reception desk after I checked out.

The staff was very nice and the place was comfortable. The place is also near the Central train station which is very convenient.
