I cant remember name of the worker in reception but it starts with the letter B. Thank you so much for your help. **Excellent Location and Friendly Reception** "The hotel is in a great location—just a short walk to the metro, and you can easily reach Milano Centrale and the Duomo on foot. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with directions or recommendations. Their warm welcome made the stay even better. Highly recommended for both convenience and service!"

Stayed here for 2 nights, it is really nice old building situated near centre. Room and toilet are also spacious. Tram and metro stops are just 200m away. Staffs are very helpful.
