Nice hotel well situated close to Garibaldi Station. Metro is around 5-10 minutes away however there is a trolly (streetcar) that runs directly past the hotel and stops nearby. Rooms are reasonably big by European standards and are clean and comfortable. The washroom is a good size with a small shower stall. Beds are narrow but comfortable. The area itself seems fine, with shops, cafes, and restaurants nearby.

Breakfast is good, with great coffee – which is important – and it's served until 11 AM. There's a tram stop close to the hotel that takes you to the city center in about 15 minutes. The staff is fantastic, especially Adriano. Thank you for everything!

Lovely room, good location for the train station and there’s a tram just round the corner to go into the centre of Milan. The customer service was excellent both at the reception desk and at breakfast. We had a very early train to catch on our last morning and the staff went above and beyond to prepare a packed breakfast for us.
