Great communication with videos to show how to get in. Quick responses when messaged. Sofabed already made up for our late arrival (without us asking) Lovely apartment, everything you need provided Calm environment. Love the chalkboard wall! Great location to get trams/tube etc

Cleanliness, spaciousness, many places to store things, all the accessories that are needed for a household, very close to the tram station, two air conditioners, nice drawing board:)
