The apartment was a cozy retreat after a long day walking around Milan in the cold. It was spotlessly clean and the bed was comfy. There was plenty of hot water and all the facilities we could possibly need. Natalia was communicative throughout our stay and made the check in process a breeze with her straightforward instructions.
