The owner of the apartment was so kind to me^^ The kitchen has everything for cooking~! Everything required for cooking and dinner was equipped well in the kitchen. The microwave was working well and the refregenerator had large space. The toilet has enough amount of free towels, hairdryer, The living room was quite wide and the bed was also comfortable to me. The washing machine was really helpful to clean my own laundry. There was cleaning service from the owner to replace the linen on the apartment. I really want to stay in the Clever House again~! Don't forget to leave the tourist tax as cash when you leave the hotel. Grazie~!

It is really a clever house! Just book this place you are visiting Milan. FACILITIES: Great space, spotless clean, washing machine with soap and softener conveniently provided; enough space to dry your laundry; all clean and new; attention to details, beautiful lightning options; very nice kitchen, dinning space with a table that extends, tons of storage; tea, toasts, cookies and jam kindly provided; large fridge; the wall bed is very clever for extra space and comfortable enough; sheets and blankets have very good quality. We didn’t have to use aircon because you can open the balcony door for a fresh breeze during autumnal nights. Has TV with Netflix - which we didn’t turn on because, come on, you are in Italy! Enjoy it! ;) PHOTOS ON BOOKING: very honest. The place is exactly as shown, if not better. LOCATION: Despite being 2-3km away from the main attractions, it is a lovely suburb with super easy access to public transport, restaurants and a 24/7 supermarket. In 20-25 min by tram you reach all main attractions of Milan. And the Terra Gelato around the corner is a daily reward! Delicious. UNCOMMON: three recycling bins!!! 🤩 This shows how committed with environmental protection the owners are and we appreciate it very much. HOSTS: Francesco and Alessandra are very nice people, very easy to communicate with. Francesco speaks English fluently and was very patient with my not-so-good Italian. Super hosts for sure!
