Room was a good size for three of us. It was very clean and modern. Staff provided all the info before we arrived and it was a smooth check in process. When we arrived at the hotel reception had a person and we paid the city tax to her. They are very responsive with the WhatsApp. Hotel is located closer to the main attractions and multiple metro stations. There are large number of good restaurants in the area as well. We also appreciate the complementary snacks and beverages (water, coke and beer) they provided everyday.

The location of the property was amazing. Beautiful old architecture directly across from Sforzesco castle. Walking distance from the Duomo and all of the wonderful shopping areas. The room was large and clean and the fridge was stocked with complimentary water, beer and soft drink.

The location is great, not only is it very central, it is right next to the park of Castello Sforzesco so one can just walk out and go for a run or walk in the greenery, a great plus in a city like Milan which can be at times too full of cement. The staff was very kind and helpful when available, the room was lovely, very spacious and clean and all amenities were top notch. I also enjoyed the little sitting room area where I got to do some work quietly and have a coffee.
