Very professional and respectful staff. The very exceptional advantage of the hotel is serving food all the day and for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We had a feeling that the hotel staff care about us and our stay. The rooms are nice but a bit small.

Location, free buffet and water available, which was very useful in the heat. Good breakfast, clean room. Liked the coolness at the entrance to the hotel:)

This hotel is phenomenal. Bed/pillows so comfortable. Very close to Milan main train station. The hotel itself is beautiful and very modern. Free bottles of water/pastries/hot drinks 24/7 Free lunch and dinner offered (20 euro for breakfast) Staff very friendly and helpful I proposed to my girlfriend at Lake Como and when we got back there was a bottle of prosecco waiting for us in the room, complimentary
