We arrived at the hotel very late, but were greeted with such warmth and enthusiasm that instantly put us at ease. The accommodation itself was fantastic—extremely comfortable with a lovely balcony that kept the room well-ventilated. What truly stood out was their kindness when my companion caught a cold and fever the next day. The staff not only helped us extend our check-out time without hesitation but also brought us water, checking on my friend’s condition with genuine care. In a foreign country, such thoughtfulness made us feel incredibly warm, like being at home. This hotel isn’t just a place to stay; it’s where you’ll find sincere hospitality. Highly recommended to anyone looking for comfort and heartwarming service!

The staff was extremely helpful. The room was clean, modern and well-equipped. The AC was great in the heat wave. The room was quiet at night, the tram stop is about 150m from the entrance. In a 5-minute walk, you can find a big supermarket (Esselunga), which is also very useful. I could check in earlier than I thought, I was there to drop my bag, but they also gave me my room key, which was a great plus.
