Location is perfect! Everything we need is nearby (shopping, duomo, grocery, restaurants...) The parking garage is nearby (very tight, not suitable for large cars. Ours was MG which was ok for the garage). Macy -the staff member- is exceptionally welcoming and accommodated all our needs. Rooms are clean and shutters are perfect to decrease external noise and eliminate external lights for a better night sleep AC is good but took 1 full day to cool the room to the level we like. Keep in mind outdoor temp was around 36C when we arrived.

Location was par excellence. Everything at the doorstep. Fashion capital next door. And the automated system was so good that you feel you held the hotel to yourself. Breakfast outside sidewalk cafe was brilliant.And you could not find better staff and hospitality . The bed was so comfortable and toilet so modern.
