The owner was quick to respond & the shower was fabulous. Good location for town whilst still being quiet. For the price we paid we will be more than happy to come back.

Tea and Coffee available brand new bathroom suite which was very nice, we could have done with Air Con or Fan in the room this time of the year, however the room was clean facilities for the price were spot on and would stay again late checkout was a bonus

Where to begin this property is outstanding when me and my partner arrived we spoke to the owner via the ring doorbell which was excellent he sorted us out in a matter of minutes and the lock on the door is exceptional very high tech and secure he then gave me the pin for the door as we went out for dinner but was needed to get back into the property this place truly is amazing I mean that right from my heart the owner lovely friendly guy very helpful now the room, well what can I say for just over 50 pounds it was excellent very very clean beautiful bed really comfortable and a beautiful room ensuite was upto 5 star standards the shower was great no problems at all and I also like how it was quiet as owner doesn't allow stag or hen party's so that was a plus both me and my partner enjoyed this fine establishment major respect to the owner he's done a fantastic job I highly recommend this property but be aware this isn't a hotel so no breakfast option this didn't bother us but I'm just saying before people complain about that. 20 minute walk from Middlesbrough Town centre excellent property I can't recommended this place enough.
