The entire house, space, cleanliness,the environment, security, friendly stff. Even during loadshadding they have a back up generator,

On the first day the were unprepared to serve breakfast. Sent a complaint and koketso contacted me almost immediately. Apologized and went out of her way to correct that error and added a takeaway lunch to make up for the missed breakfast
