The customer service from the receptionist was exceptional, very friendly, and understanding. I requested a check-in around midnight, and he was able to fulfill my request very ingeniously. Thanks chamo Location was super convenient, just around the corner from the MIA airport.

Very close to airport which if that's what you want as we did for one night was great. Staff were kind and helpful. Large comfy beds. Needs modernising/ make over but was worth what was paid
