They confirmed my booking quickly when I needed it and it took less than an hour from when I booked until I appeared there. Karen was super helpful, made sure about everything I needed then, was informative and concise. The place was secure and the atmosphere was relaxed. The owner was also friendly and I saw he tried to make sure that things worked perfectly. The security was top important, I liked that attitude.

The hotel have a good location, close to touristic place and to bus stop But it's far to Miami Beach, and be careful : a lot of traffic in Miami ! Hotel is clean, the man is very kind. We have all you need very close to hotel.
