The staff were super friendly and helpful. Also, they have a very convenient shuttle to Miami Port, so if you are going on a cruise like us, this can save you time and efforts.

Room was very spacious and very quiet. Great location to explore little Havana and coral gables. Bust stop for free Miami trolley just outside the hotel. Quiet area, quiet hotel and so close to the food shops too. Smooth check in and check out. Free shuttle to the airport. The only minor thing: please supply some cutlery even tea spoons. A bit of high and low dusting required too.
