The location was awesome, right across the beach. They also provide you towers and 2 lounge chairs for the beach. The room was big and it had a small kitchen that we used daily.

There was a fully equipped kitchen, with breakfast bar. Lounge area. Very comfortable bed, with separate bathroom areas. Fantastic location virtually on the beach, literally only a few feet away. Also free sunbeds available. Beautiful walk along beach path, running parallel between hotel and beach. Plenty of restaurants and cafes on your doorstep and supermarkets. Lots of bus stops running along Collins avenue.

Check-in was very easy due to the nice staff working at the hotel. Rooms were very spacious and it was nice to have the ability to cook in the rooms.

The hotel is very pleasant, the staff very polite. The room was very clean and well-equipped. The only UNACCEPTABLE thing is that they don't return the deposit immediately. I told Ms. Margarita that they checked the room, we smoked, and left everything in order. I told her I'd take her word for it, but it's an abuse to wait 3 to 7 days for my deposit back. You can go to any business in the US and the refund is immediate.
