I mean... it's the Colony Hotel right in the middle of the Ocean Drive. You don't book a room there by accident. :-D The location is absolutely speaking for itself, and the rooms are of course old, as is the whole building, but are so far in acceptable shape. The staff was extraordinarily polite and helpful, and the facilities (restaurant area outside, lounge and bar inside) were really nice. The food and drinks are of course pricey due to the location, but the meals were surprisingly good and the pprtions not to small.

Great location and very friendly staff. The convenience of being in the center of south beach was a great plus. Staying at Tony Montana’s Scarface icon hotel made it better.
