When we arrived at the property there were three bags of rubbish outside the front door lying on the ground. My son had to make enquiries about where to take the rubbish as the bags were attracting flies. When we got inside there was a filthy ashtray piled high with cigarette butts on the table in the living area. The fridge had not been cleaned and was dirty and marked at the bottom. There were no dishwasher tablets and only 2 pool towels, three bath sheets and two small bath towels. The sofa bed was so badly marked nobody could sleep in it. There is only one sitting room and not two as advertised and one of the reasons we chose this accommodation was so that my son could sleep in the second sitting room This meant he had to share a room with his 17 year old daughter.
