Had to change the rooms ...always stay in the new wing "business wing". My rate with booking.com was NOT adhered to.. overcharge of +$350 was put on the performa when I checked in. I had to get it corrected . Even on the final charge on the Invoice plus charge on the card there is a $50 overcharge...which i had to dispute with my bank/card.
