Our stay at Onto Tonalá was truly wonderful. From the moment you arrive, the hotel’s beautiful design stands out. The entrance, the rooms, and the overall atmosphere reflect a refined sense of luxury. It was always a pleasure to return to such a stylish and welcoming space. The room itself exceeded expectations – spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully maintained. The cleaning staff consistently went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfectly clean and comfortable by the time we got back. Not a single thing to criticize. The staff were also exceptionally kind and helpful. Every interaction was warm and professional, and we were always greeted with a smile, which made us feel right at home. There is some noise from outside, but this is to be expected in a vibrant city like Mexico City. We were prepared for it and didn’t find it disturbing – if anything, it added to the energy of the neighborhood. All in all, we only have positive things to say about our stay and would wholeheartedly recommend Onto Tonalá to anyone looking for a stylish, comfortable, and welcoming place to stay in one of the city’s liveliest areas.

Great location, we walked everywhere. There’s a lot of great bakery’s, restaurants and bars within 5 mins of the apartment. Room was lovely, clean and modern. Very comfy large bed. There’s a rooftop garden with sitting area with great views of the city, wish we used it more.
