Great location, very close to the historic centre but also near a main metro, so easy to explore the city. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Room was comfortable with good amenities (including coffee machine with new pods each day).

Cleanliness and hygiene, promptness of the workers and cleaning staff, nice English-speaking staff at the reception, location of the hotel with a big market nearby and security.
