Superb location , in the centre of historic places , near tour bus hubs and metro. I travelled alone , I felt very safe walking around in the evening One front office manager ( Ms Anna) stands out amongst all others . She is smart and intelligent and very grasps individual guest concerns, particularly elderly guests in no time . She went out of her way all the time to help me when I had trouble activating a local SIM card The bell boys and other staff members were all very nice and polite. Overall ambience in the terrace in the evening superb

The hospitality was great! Staff went out of their way to help with luggage, blankets, recommendations, and more. Would definitely stay there again.
